At Arch & Bone Treatery, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural dog treats made from 100% Australian ingredients wherever possible. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Product Use

Our treats are intended for dogs only and should be fed as a treat or reward, not as a complete diet. Always supervise your dog while they are enjoying any chew or treat and ensure fresh drinking water is available at all times.

Natural Products

Our products are natural and may vary in size, shape, colour, thickness, and texture. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Feeding Advice

Please choose treats appropriate for your dog’s size, age, chewing strength, and dietary needs. Remove any small pieces that could present a choking hazard.

Allergies & Dietary Sensitivities

While our treats are made from natural ingredients, some dogs may have allergies or food sensitivities. Introduce new treats gradually and discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. If your dog has known medical conditions or dietary requirements, consult your veterinarian before feeding.

Product Storage

Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal packaging after opening where applicable and consume within the recommended timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Arch & Bone Treatery is not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, choking incident, or damage resulting from improper use, inadequate supervision, or failure to follow the feeding recommendations. Owners accept full responsibility for determining whether a product is suitable for their dog.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
